Bad nose breath is serious situation, and shouldn't be taken likely. If you suspect that you have the syndrome and condition, you should read on to figure a way to self assess and self examine. But before we begin, ask yourself these questions:

• When did the syndrome start for you? (onset)

• How long has it lasted, and has the syndrome and/or symptom ever been accompanied by pain or any other striking physical experience, such as dizziness, a stomach ache, etc.

• Are you in pain anywhere else or experiencing discomfort or annoyance in any other place in your body? A headache perhaps, a joint ache, an itch that won't go away...

• Are you taking any medications that any normal healthy individual wouldn't be taking, such as a steady dose of an anti pain medication, a sedative, or psychiatric meds

The condition is caused primarily by a bacterial infection somewhere that ranges from the gut, to the ENT area, to the dental area, to the area surrounding the eyes. Try to measure the severity of the odor coming from your nose. What does it smell like? It is often accompanied by a thick viscous sort of mucous. Make sure that you're not having trouble breathing. If you are: have you been drinking plenty of fluids to try to dilute the mucous?

Dental experts and researchers recommend following these strict dental hygiene guidelines:

• Brush after every meal and snack-and after every non-water beverage

• Make sure you're doing full brushings in the morning, upon waking up, even if you've not had any non-water beverages or anything to eat since the last time you've done the full brushing

The reason for the last item is: when you're sleeping, you're horizontal. In this position, you body and innards' piping so to speak form a sort of J pipe where all of the mostly needless mucous collects like bile and waste water collect in a J pipe underneath a kitchen sink. This is the reason why you need to do a full brushing when you wake up. Not because you have or have not eaten anything, but because of this trapped and collected mucous material.

The trapped and collected mucous material is full of rich bacteria, that's prone to cause and increase the likelihood you will contract a bacterial infection. The statistical likelihood is already high, and the reason that it is high is because:

Your gums are rich with blood vessels and other bloody tissue. Blood is sort of like the internet for distributing minerals and vitamins in your body, so to speak. And when that internet becomes infected with a sort of computer virus (a bacterial infection) it can quickly spread throughout the so called network. Your gums are sort of like minimally protected Wi-Fi zones that are super easy to infect with malware, either accidentally or maliciously, with criminal intent. This is why our mouth area requires such a high degree of maintenance (high maintenance), and is critical for the overall health of our bodies and minds.
